Common Questions
What exactly does a mobile notary do?
A mobile notary travels to your location—home, office, or even a coffee shop—to verify your identity and witness the signing of important documents. We bring the convenience of professional notarization directly to you.
Can you help me understand my legal documents?
As notaries, we are legally prohibited from providing legal advice or explaining document contents. Our role is strictly to verify identities and ensure that the signing process is handled with complete integrity.
How long does a typical appointment take?
Most standard notarizations take about 15 to 20 minutes once we arrive. For larger loan signing packages, please allow for 45 to 60 minutes to ensure every signature and stamp is perfectly placed.
Do I need to have my documents pre-filled?
Please ensure your documents are completed but DO NOT sign them before we arrive. We must witness your signature in person for the notarization to be legally valid and binding.

What to Expect
01
Arrival & ID Check
We will arrive promptly at your chosen location. First, we will verify the identical names on the documents and check your government-issued photo identification to ensure full legal compliance and security.
02
Document Review & Signing
Once identification is confirmed, we will walk through the signing process. We cannot provide legal advice, but we ensure all signatures are witnessed correctly and that every essential field is properly dated and initialed.
03
Standard Fees & Payment
We will apply the official notary seal and complete the journal entry for the appointment. Payment is due at the time of service, including the travel fee and the per-signature state fee, usually handled before we wrap up.
